Staff and rooms were GOOD, excellent value for money. The bed was great and it was great having complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning and flat-screen television.

I liked that hotel's reception was impressive. The idea to include a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge in the queen suite was nice. The pool was lovely and I had bottled drinks in the lounge bar.

Marvellous location, helpful staff, a good choice of food for the buffet breakfast. A private safe, a work desk and multi-channel TV in our deluxe twin room were realy useful during our stay. Everything created a cordial atmosphere. A deluxe hotel in Gold Coast.
